The room is a double room for single (one person)occupancy, non smoking. The house is located very close to town and a range of local amenities. There is a supermarket just across the road, and a range of restaurants, bars, shops etc. The room itself is a loft room containing a double bed, drawers, mirror, carpet, curtains, one set of bedding and a modern en suite toilet/shower/basin. This room has it's own separate stairs and door.
Viewing is advised to appreciate the quality of the accommodation available.

All bills are included (gas/electricity/water/council tax), as well as high speed broadband, and laundry facilities. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen which is shared as well as a separate shared dining/living area.

The property has a driveway with parking space for three cars, and a side entrance (you will have the use of one space upon agreement). The location of this property works well for commuters as Southend Victoria train station is less than a 3 minute walk away, as are the bus stops going in various directions. Southend Airport is a short drive away or only a few minutes walk to Southend Victoria train station and a few minutes on the train. Easily reachable are the seaside cliffs for a stroll, as well as beach walks, all within easy walking distance. Priory Park is approximately 10 minute walk away, which is near to Southend Hospital.

About us: Our house is a homely, and relaxed space. It is quiet during the night hours, and clean/tidy (you will be expected to help with cleaning of shared areas, i. e. kitchen, hall, stairs, driveway). I am a live in Landlord, although sometimes I work away briefly. My interests are hiking, dancing and family history. I am a fully accredited member of the National Landlords Association, and a member of the local South East Alliance of Landlords/Letting Agents and Tenants (SEAL).
Would suit a professional wishing to live in a quiet neighbourhood, yet be close to amenities, and with like minded people.

Deposit of one month rent is required, and references. Rent is £625.00 per calendar month and is payable in advance. Council Tax Band D.
