Double Room to Rent in Apartment

Hi, I’m looking to rent out my spare double bedroom for £700 per month.

The room includes a desk, chair, double bed (brand new mattress, never used) mirrored sliding door wardrobe, chest of drawers and a lamp.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, living and dining area alongside a balcony.

I am a 25 year old female who currently lives here by myself but looking to share my apartment with a fellow professional full time working female.

Please note: I do have two indoor cats who live here so the ideal person would be as big as a cat lover as myself!

The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk to Prittlewell Station (GA line) or a 15/20 minute walk to Southend Central (C2C line) so an ideal location for commuters.
