*Available immediately* single bedroom and double bedroom to rent in three bed house. I the owner of the house am the only person living here. WiFi included. All bills included, looking for someone to move in asap. Must provide two references. General renting and rules contract to be signed. Must be working.

The pets i have are 3 parrots which are nice and quiet. I also have a fish tank and a pond. So they will not disturb you.

No dss or housing benefit.

Rent to be paid weekly and put in my hand/bank. I will not chase people for rent, if this happens i will ask you to leave.

If you come and view the room and decide you want it, a non refundable deposit of £50 will be needed to reserve the room this is due to being let down lots of times now.

£200 deposit and one week's rent up front.

£100 per week or £430 per month for the single.

£120 per week or £520 per month for the double


Silly messages like asking for a reduction in deposit or rent will be ignored. Make an effort call me!

This is a room for rent not a house share, this means you can use the kitchen, bathroom and room. I don't want people hanging around in the lounge and kitchen, i need to make this clear as people don't seem to understand.
