Double room available in a well kept home. Bedroom is situated on third floor of house which has its own bathroom with shower and bath (not en suite).
Shared kitchen and lounge area (downstairs). The house also has a very large garden area. Parking available.

Household situated on a newly developed estate close to tollgate retail park and Sainsbury's. Bus stops available on the estate and marks tey station 10 minute drive.

Looking for a tenant who is tidy and will look after their room / bathroom and also keep the kitchen area tidy too.

I am a very chilled and sociable person but also like my own space. Need someone to respect boundaries within my house but I would consider myself as a very fair person.

I am a professional which my job is very demanding so I appreciate time to myself to decompress. Looking for someone who has a stable job and is on a similar wavelength to myself.

I am very much into fitness and the gym. I spend a lot of my time in the gym and going for walks. I also enjoy going out and spend a lot of time on weekends in London and on city breaks.
