The room is available to move in from Friday 3rd May 2024
I am also arranging viewings from Monday 22nd April.

Outdoor Large Double bedroom with own access via the back garden gate/door.

There is a large driveway for most vehicle types.

You have access to the Wifi/broadband and most mod cons except for a dishwasher & tumble dryer.

5-minute walk to local shops & 15 minutes walk to the train station.

The room is charged at £800 per month with all bills included.

Just to give you an idea about my home.
It's like a family home i. e. everyone gets on well with each other and we have a nice balance in the house.

If you are NOT able to get on well with people or communicate properly in ENGLISH, then I don't think this is the place for you as it's important EVERYONE gets along in my house.

I have a nice-sized back garden which is fantastic for BBQs and garden parties in the summer, It also means that everyone helps out with the maintenance of keeping the garden looking nice, etc.
