I live in a 2 bedroom flat with my 8 year old daughter. I am in full time employment and 32 years of age. I have a double room available, which already has a double bed, but you are welcome to bring your own. I have internet and Sky TV. All other bills including council tax and Electric are inclusive within the rent amount. I would prefer a working Female. I am a very clean and tidy person and home proud so I would prefer someone who is similar, friendly and easy to get along with. The whole flat will be shared , so feel free to cook and watch television.
