I have a one double-bedroom to let , right opposite the Upminster Station (1 minute walk to the station). CAR PARKING SPACE is unavailable but potential lodgers are advised to rent a space from the c2c car park (go to the c2c website and look for the Upminster Station. The webpage will give the information about the parking charges).

The location is excellent for those who work nearby the London Fenchurch Street Station or Canary Wharf or around the City of London as the Upminster Station provides direct links to London Fenchurch Street Station (22 minutes only). The District Line is also available for those who wish to travel via the Tube.

Please do check the National Rail for the amount of time that you need to spend on your journey to the central London and Canary Wharf.

Non-smokers/ non-pet owners/ full-time professionals. No visitors are allowed. I do not wish to have strangers in the flat apart from the lodger.

I am the owner of the property.

You will be provided with the following facilities:

1. a personal 3 piece- bathroom

2. shared use of fridge-freezer, washing machine and cutlery.

Short-term lodgers are preferred and the rent is also negotiable depending on the length of stay (max 3 months)

The landlord- tenant agreement:
3. The monthly rent is payable on the 15th day of the calendar months by direct debit or cash only. Only applicable to long-term tenants.

4. Any repairs as a result of the tenant’s carelessness are payable by the party according to the repair bills.

5. A legal contract between the landlord and the tenant is provided. A cash deposit of £50-00 will be made payable if the tenant agrees to take up the room on the day of the visit prior to the signing of the contract between the landlord and the tenant.

Valid documents:

6. A valid reference from the previous landlord or the current employer addressed to the landlord of the property.

7. A copy of your valid driving licence and passport.
