I am a professional 32 year old male, looking for a housemate to share my two bedroom house. Upminster is a really safe, quiet commuter town, surrounded by country parks, and only 20mins from the centre of London.

The room is currently let, and is being
advertised early to ensure a good match.
Both the building and property have been renovated in recent years to a high standard.

The house has a spacious shared living room, which is tastefully decorated.

Down stairs you will find:
- The living room. This is a large, open-plan space to relax and unwind in. It features a window bay dining area.
- The kitchen is equally large and fitted with all you might need: a fridge/ freezer, pantry, cupboards, kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle, diswasher, and hob/oven.
- The utility room has a good quality Samsung washing machine and dryer along with some pantry storage for larger items.
- Downstairs toilet (incase you don't want to run upstairs everytime).This is being redecorated and will be completed in the next few weeks :)
- The Garden was landscaped 3 years ago. Garden furniture, BBQ, tables, chairs, sundowners, benches, lights etc are all free to use. I keep the grass mowed and tidy. I have a gardener pop in a couple times a year to ensure it's not a jungle.. raised beds going in this spring/summer.

Upstairs you will find the main bathroom and the 2 bedrooms.

- The bathroom was recently decorated in the last year. It is sizeable, with a large bath & shower and has storage areas behind the mirror and under the sink.
