There is a separately utility room which has 2 washing machines to make life easier for each tenant’s convenience.

Oak wooden flooring fitted throughout the downstairs areas except bedrooms, stairwell and landing which are carpeted.

Double Bedroom is situated upstairs and has fully fitted wardrobes, so plenty of storage and a chest of drawers. Furnished with a Double bed with additional storage/drawers below.

My profession is Disaster Restoration which involved cleaning up after fire or flood properties so the rooms are deep cleaned in-between Tenant’s and I maintain I high standard of cleanliness.
