Extra large double bedroom to let in Waltham Abbey

I have an extra large double bedroom to rent in my town house. There are currently only three gents living in the house. Two working professionals and one retired gent. They're respectful of others and enjoy peace and quiet, but also a good chat and a laugh over a cup of coffee in the dinning room.
The room is in good condition with a few marks here and there but nothing major. It comes with a double bed with 4 storage drawers under it, a large wardrobe, some open shelf storage by the bed (IKEA Kallax unit) and a desk and a chair. It also has blackout curtains.
There is a private cleaner that comes every Monday to clean the communal areas, the bathrooms, the dinning area and the kitchen.
All bills are included in the rent. The house is served with 500mb Virgin broadband. You'll share the modern bathroom with all the fittings with only 2 other tenants.

I'm looking for a long term tenant. Strictly no smokers and single occupancy only. You must be a quiet, clean and considerate person to fit in the household - harmony with other tenants and the neighbours is of upmost importance.
I value and look after my tenants and expect them to treat my property as they would treat their own. That being said it's a chilled, and mature household where respect and being considerate is resiprocated.
