We are looking for a working tidy professional to rent the room for. We are a quiet family house looking to rent a spacious double room to a like-minded individual.
The room is situated on the 2nd floor, and it is very private as it's the only room on that level, also the bathroom is right next to it. *room is not ensuite*
The double room has plenty of storage and a newly fitted double bed (please note, the kettle and the fridge are not included in the room).
The house has a big garden and driveway in front of the house.
The room is located in a semi-detached house in Waltham Abbey, very close to the high street, big Tesco, GP, plenty of parks around.
All bills are included (including fast speed internet).
Deposit is £375 (covering 2 weeks).
