Luxury Flat in Waltham Abbey - double with ensuite

Hello fellow Spare Roomers,

So here's my offering:

THE FLAT

• Modern 2nd floor flat on desirable Meridian estate
• Newly decorated with brand-new fitted kitchen
• High speed wifi and free view TV
• Dishwasher and washing machine
• Secure gated car parking
• Stone's throw from M25 and M11 junctions
• 5 minutes drive from Waltham Cross station
• Right next to scenic Gunpowder Park
• Several previous happy lodgers here before

THE ROOM

• Master bedroom - double with private en-suite
• 2 x wardrobes and 2 x chests of drawers
• Newly painted and decorated
• More storage room in garage if needed
• Opposite main road (may not suit light sleepers)
• Fixed rate on bills

THE RESIDENTS

• Me - Female, 41 and live-in flat owner (a nice one!)
• WFH most days as senior technology manager
• Friendly and usually up for a chat / glass of wine
• Bit of a homebody - often found on sofa to Netflix!
• Also big on global travel, dining out, cinema etc.
• French, German and a bit of Russian spoken
• Have cat - who WILL wage turf war over your room!

YOU

• Preferably female, 30 - 60(ish)
• Professional, clean, friendly and reliable
• Must be willing to worship cat on demand ;)
• Smokers fine if outside the flat
• Preferably not 100% WFH (to avoid too much 'clash'...)
• Not looking for drama, noise, mess, ect
