I have a standard single bedroom to let in my lovely house. There are currently only 3 gents living in the house. They are all working professionals, they are respectful of others and enjoy peace and quiet.
The room is in excellent condition. The room comes with a desk and chair. The house has been refurbished in the last 5 years and is kept up to an excellent standard of cleanliness. I have a private cleaner coming in on a weekly basis to clean the communal areas, the bathrooms and the kitchen.
All bills are included in the rent. There is the ultra fast virgin 350mbps broadband. You'll share a modern bathroom with all the fittings with 2 other tenants only.

I'm looking for a long term tennant. Strictly no smokers and single occupancy only. You must be a quiet, clean and considerate person to fit in the household.
