Two rooms in Walton on the Naze

I have recently bought a new house in Walton on the Naze, and will have two rooms available to rent from around late February onwards.

The house is a spacious 3 bedroom period/character property located in a quiet road close to the town centre, station and beach. There is plenty of room to park, also it might suit someone well who doesn't drive as it is only a short walk to the station.

There is a big (25' x 12') kitchen which would be shared by myself and tenants, also a spacious shared living room. The bathroom is upstairs adjacent to bedrooms and is a decent size with bath and shower, there is also a separate second toilet.

I have two rooms available- one is bigger than the other, however both will fit a double bed if needed- my intention is to offer the rooms furnished, so I am happy to discuss what you require, if you are a single person and would prefer a single bed and more floor space it's no problem, if you particularly would like a double that's no problem either.

The larger room might suit a couple, if this is of interest to you I am happy to discuss a rent figure for double occupancy.

As a landlord I am really easy going, I had a tenant in my previous house (who unfortunately wasn't able to move to the new house due to personal circumstances) but who says he finds me pretty easy to live with. I don't stress or make a fuss about things and am accepting of people of all ages and backgrounds. I would prefer to rent to people who are working, but other than that anyone is welcome to apply!

The house will have all the usual amenities- fridge/freezer, washing machine, broadband etc- and the advertised rent includes all bills. The only exception to this is that I have no TV- I have no problem with having a TV in the house and would be very happy for tenants to have one, I just have no personal interest in it. So if you are interested in renting a room and would like a TV, I would simply ask that you pay your own TV licence.

I'm in the process of doing quite a bit of work on the house, so by the time the rooms are available around the end of the month the majority of the house will be newly renovated and in really good clean condition.

A bit about me- 33 years old, in my working life I am a Coastguard, in my spare time I am into music and books, I am a musician and also like sailing, riding my motorbike, as well as all the usual things like socialising and spending time with friends.

I'd really like to meet some people to share my house with who will all get on well together and become friends as well as tenants :)
