in the grounds of detached house in a quiet neighbourhood on the Island of West Mersea.
A few minutes walk to the beach and the main amenities and shops within a 20 minute walk and a bus stop a few minutes walk.
With Private side entrance from private driveway where there is plenty of secure parking. A private pathway leads to the entrance door.

Separate kitchen and bathroom area is tiled and has heated floor.
Bathroom has a walk in shower, lighted mirror cupboard and heated floor.
There is a breakfast bar between kitchen and main room (note the bar worktop is not installed yet but will be in the next days).
The main room has a herringbone hardwood floor. The room is light and bright with views of garden. There are blackout blinds on all windows and doors. There are two sets of french windows onto a patio area where there is searting with two tables and a family outside dining table which has a polycarbonate canopy to keep dry.
The main room is 8 meters square and high ceilings with 3 lighting zones of inset LED's which can be turned down for more ambient lighting.
The Studio is currently part furnished and that is optional - the owner can flexible depending on needs.
Potentially the Building has easy wheelchair access because ist is all on the ground floor and there is only one doorway which has a small step over - this can also be discussed if interested).
A pull down 'murphy bed' kingsize bed saves space as it folds back into the wall. The building is extremely well insulated and stays cool in summer and heats up easily in cold weather. There are two electric conduction heaters which are more than enough to provide heating in the coldest weather. The building is currently vacant and all options considered.
