Describe my house:

The advantage of this room is that it has two windows, the light is very good, and the independent toilet is for your own use. The bathroom is shared by the tenants. I have my own bathroom. The back garden and kitchen are very bright. There are two own parking spaces. If you drive, it can be provided for free.

Traffic description:

It is very close to M25 & A13, 15 minutes walk to Chafford Hundred Station (35 mins into Fenchurch Street, London on the C2C ).

Home life description:

Near the Lakeside shopping center and is a (8-minute walk)

Costco supermarket is just across the residential area (4 minutes walk) ,Lidl Supermarket (6 minutes walk),Tesco Supermarket (10 minutes walk),B&Q (6 minutes walk)
