We have a flexible approach to letting and can accommodate most circumstances. We ask for a security deposit and rent is payable weekly in advance.. We have a £75 administration fee to cover costs of registering your deposit, drawing up Tenancy agreements and associated documentation, Risk assessments and induction into the property and referencing.
