Double room in clean quiet house, use of kitchen and bathrooms, suit single working person over 30 only we have a cleaner that comes in twice a week to do the communal areas looking for possible long term tenants but i suppose time will only tell if people are happy and want to stay, one tenant has been with me 15 years so hopefully says something about the house
