This room is ideal for you if you are looking for a spacious one. The house is big and you will be sharing with only 3 other working professionals. 

The house is massive and beautiful in Southend-on-Sea on a quiet street, 2 min from high-street. Located near 4 train station links to Central London. Benefits from high ceilings, you will not feel clustered. Large rooms providing comfortable living within a massive 4 bed house with rear garden. This house is very spacious and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, train stations, town centre, beach, park, cinema, bowling, entertainments and the famous Southend Pier.

All rooms come with bills included (water, sewage, gas, electricity, TV Licence) and also included are high speed Wi-Fi and Council Tax!

We take only working professionals above 23 years and limit the house to a maximum of 4 tenants. You have no obligation to socialise. The current tenants are quiet and very respectful. We take great care in selecting our tenants to live in and make it their home.

Your own space:
Your room (Room 3 upstairs) is on the first floor and has a big double bed with memory foam mattress, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and some extras to make it homely. You have a view of the rear garden. You have enough space to put an office desk.

There are additional big cupboards for storage in the hallway of the house.
The house has a large kitchen downstairs over-viewing the rear garden, with 2 large fridges/freezers, washing machine and other white appliances. Upstairs you will have a very large 3 pcs fresh white & clean bathroom with shower in the bathtub, WH basin & WC. There is also a second separate WC & WH basin.
