Fully furnished room including a double bed, chest of drawers, mini fridge, kettle, wardrobe and TV. You'll have full access to the communal rooms as well. This includes a large kitchen, bathroom, garden and living room. I also have a BSH cat called Rorah.

Located near Chalkwell Park you'll be close to many local amenities including:

Chalkwell seafront (15 minute walk)
Southend hospital (4 minute car journey or 15 minute walk)
Southend Airport (9 minute car journey)

Transport

Chalkwell & Westcliff train stations are a 15 minute walk from the property. You can be in the city of London within 60 minutes from the front door. Buses run along the London Road on a frequent basis.

About me

I will be living with you at the property and as the owner I take great pride in my home. I would ideally like someone who is clean, tidy, considerate and friendly. I am a working professional and will be working from home 2/3 days a week. Otherwise I commute into London. I have an active social life and many hobbies including going to the gym, and going out dancing to house music.

The room is on Air BnB (if you would prefer to contact me on there) - ideal for someone who is working at Southend Hospital. When I say short term let’s please message and ask. I can offer the room on a 5 day a week let also.

A deposit will be required and rent payment up front (weekly or monthly is fine).
