Good sized double, centrally heated room in Westcliff within walking distance of rail, bus, hospital, shops, park. Shared lounge with TV. Looking for one professional and respectful person - no loud party animals please! Facilities include 'fair use' of laundry facilities, kitchen (equipped), shared bathroom, broadband, etc. The communal space within the flat is cleaned weekly. Whilst the property offers no parking, there is local street parking. Present, friendly occupants are a co-owner(not landlord) and longer, part time tenant(5 years). Tenants have generally stayed 2+ years. Age is a guide rather than fixed as finding a 'good fit' is more important. Whilst occasional overnight guests can be accommodated from time to time, it is desirable to find a single occupant in order to allow fair use eg bathroom, kitchen. Rents are reviewed to keep pace with costs - generally annually.
