The house is non smoking but there is a smoking area in the garden.

The house has two washrooms/bathrooms including shower and bath facilities and also a separate WC for women. A cleaner attends the property once a week,
the house mates have a monthly collection of £10 for essential items like toilet tissues, washing up liquid ,hand wash etc.
