The railway station & town are a 20 min walk. local Tesco is 10 min walk
The studio is semi furnished you will have to supply what you sleep on
it has just been redone brand-new shower room and kitchen has heating and a few basic utensils plates, saucepans, small cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer
there is use of a washing machine
It has sky TV
No tv supplied
As a live out landlady I am very down to earth and easy to speak to and do what I can to make you feel comfortable
All I ask is that you have respect and treat it as your own home must be kept clean
