To let is a good sized single room in a flat. The flat itself is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. It overlooks fields to the rear of the property. The flat is a short walk to local shops and the high street, with quick access to the A12. Witham train station is only a 15 minute walk away.
There are two people living here at the moment. We would prefer a female tenant, currently one male and one female live here, but this isn’t mandatory. You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom and some shared storage space.
The flat is fully furnished, so there’s nothing else to worry about in that respect.
Smokers are welcome, but please note there is no smoking allowed in the flat.
