I will have a large double bedroom with a king size bed available to rent from immediately, there is access to a communal kitchen, living room, bathroom and large garden. There is ample street parking to the front of the house and one space at the back as well. Smoke free house but will accept smokers but smoking must be done outside. Couples will be welcome but at an extra £200 pcm due to bills being included in the price. I am located 10 minutes walk away from the town centre.
