Hi all,
We’ve got a double bedroom in Witham approximately 20 minutes walk to the station to rent out. It is in a family home of myself and my dad. We are both working people. We are looking for 1 person, who is also employed. It’s a spacious end of terrace house with access to the garden if needed. A shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. We are able to offer a separate fridge. Use of all facilities will be available, and all bills included. Parking close to the house is available, but is in a communal parking area.
The room is currently empty and is ready to be moved into too. It currently only has a chest of drawers and a bed side table in.
We will be asking £650 pcm, all bills included. You would need to purchase food and toiletries.
Viewings are welcome, we would also like to meet and have a chat with a potential tenant.
