This is a nice, bright, warm & cosy room. The house is just a few minutes walk from Witham mainline rail station to Colchester, Ipswich and London Liverpool Street (45 minutes - stations: Hatfield Peveral, Chelmsford, Ingatestone, Shenfield & Stratford). Electricity, Gas and wireless internet (reasonable use with no heavy gaming/downloading!) included.
As long as you don't smoke, are clean, tidy, know how to clean up after yourself in a kitchen and are respectful/considerate, everything should be fine. The lodger has exclusive use of the main bathroom with bath/shower, as the home owner uses a separate en-suite shower from the main bedroom. Off street parking is available. There is a Sony TV in the bedroom. The mattress on the bed is fairly new. The house also has a lovely cat!
This is not a home for a party animal, although a good sense of humour and warm personality will always be welcome.
