Hello everyone,

I have a spacious furnished top room ensuite and a furnished double room available in a well-maintained house situated in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. The house is conveniently located close to the town centre, local shops, Asda, and within walking distance to the new Witham Leisure Centre and Benton Golf Club. The main station, with direct trains to London Liverpool Street, is also nearby, making it perfect for commuters.

The rooms are fully furnished, and the kitchen is equipped with an air fryer, oven, and microwave. A cosy dining room and the main bathroom are shared with other tenants. Additionally, we have a downstairs toilet for added convenience.

There is ample parking space available by the road and next to the house. Please note, I have a friendly dog and cat who are both gentle and well-mannered.
