I have a nice large Victorian home in Wivenhoe . I’m looking for a 6 to 12 month rental .Could go on for longer for the right person. ( mature ) who likes a quiet life .
You will have a nice home fairly often to yourself whilst I travel backwards and forwards between my English home and my home abroad . I spend a lot of time in Spain.
Although I’m down as an absent landlady I will be in England part of my time .Not insured for students of any type I’m afraid .
This is a situation for a person who is in work ,but not working from home ,experienced in looking after property and of a mature personality and age .Rent is negotiable for a cat lover who can help out .
