Two large rooms to let in a nice, clean and tidy semi-detached house just south of WARRINGTON TOWN CENTRE.
To let to lodgers as single occupancy rooms. The rooms are furnished, including double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and storage space. Each room has wired fast broadband and a wired tv aerial.
Female professionals age between 26 and 55 are preferred. Please see the landlord's details below for the reason for the stated preference.
The kitchen and shower/bathroom areas are currently shared with the live-in landlord with the intention to add, in due time, a small kitchen extension plus a downstairs toilet. The live-in landlord has use of a separate private living room. Stand-alone shower pods can be added to each bedroom, if preferred, for a payment towards the cost of installation. The shared kitchen leads to the communal living area furnished with a dining table and chairs, a tv, and a 92" pull down screen and quiet projector for cinema nights. The communal living area is also suitable for working from home. Patio doors lead from the communal living area into the rear garden. There are two separate outside seating areas. There is off-road parking for another two cars with enough space for all to easily get in and out.
Lodgers can have pets if considered suitable. The live-in landlord is planning to get a Labrador puppy when the time is right.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the house but low emission e-vapes are OK to use in lodger's own room.
The live-in landlord is a separated 69 year old healthy retired businessman who now rides a motorbike, attempts to strum the guitar, and enjoys listening to music most days and evenings. Not a tv nor sports watcher but the occasional film is ok. His son and daughter visit him every now and again but not too often. The reason for the gender preference in the ad is due to having taken into account the preferences of local vulnerable elderly residents and other considerations such as being brought up alongside 6 sisters, plus being married to two women in total for over 44 years, the 69 year old live-in landlord, given a choice, prefers to reside with females rather than males.
