Double Room in Quiet House with Large Garden

Hi, I'm Kat. a friendly South African that's been in the UK for 15 years. I predominately work from home as a Marketing Professional, with one day in the office.

So, my landlord's off to the Big Apple for a gig at Amazon, and he's asked me to find some awesome housemates to share this fantastic place in Winton. We're looking for 2 lovely ladies to join me!

The house is seriously great—it's super close to Waitrose, Lidl, the Post Office, and some cool local spots for a bite or a drink, all within a minute's walk.

And let me tell you about the garden—it's massive! We've got a pizza oven, BBQ, a little gym area, and even some sunbeds for those rare sunny days.

I'm sociable and love people, however my partying days are way behind me. I like to spend my time out exploring nature, doing art, going to restaurants, shopping and weekends away.

I have 2 beautiful black and white rescue cats are very well behaved. They love sunshine and chilling in the garden, if they are not inside snoozing.

As a flatmate you would expect me to not surface until late morning on the weekends, as I love my sleep. I'm clean and tidy, and would like to live with someone that keeps shared areas respectable. I'm up for socialising, but don't want to live with party animals.
