Double bedroom available in my 3 bed flat in Cupar, sharing with just me. The rent is negotiable and all bills included (TV license, Internet etc) but not council tax if that applies to you. The spacious double bedroom is 2. 65 x 3. 39m and there is a spare guest room which is communal and can be used as a separate study if required.
I have Sky Go with Sky Sport and Sky Movies, as well as Amazon Prime which you are welcome to use the Instant Video. The flat is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a large kitchen with a bread maker and slow cooker. The sitting room is large with an electric fire. I have two pet rabbits who live in a hutch in sitting room. They are small, litter trained and well behaved.
Cupar is great as its 10min walk to the train station with direct and frequent links to Edinburgh and Dundee. There are also about 4 buses an hour to St Andrews which takes about 20minutes. If you drive it only takes approximately 15mins.
