I'm a friendly considerate professional guy (recently graduated PhD student) looking for guests to share this wonderful warm living space. Twenty minutes' stroll from the station with half-hourly trains to Edinburgh (28 min journey - £4.85 off-peak day-return with a railcard), easy access to the Forth Bridge and major trunk routes. There's a direct train to Glasgow in the morning and one back from Queens Street in the evening. Local shops, library, medical centre, Council sports centre, sailing club and restaurants only 15 mins walk away. Glorious sea-side location in a converted 18th century stable-block development; woodland and coastal walks; fine views over the Firth of Forth. All mod cons: bathroom (bath, shower & toilet); separate toilet; modern kitchen/lounge area; laundry; a small private garden; shared, serviced gardens, and our own beach; free off-road private parking, and a shed for bikes. There's space to store a kayak or two.

There is very good broadband via a TP link in each room. Utilities are split equally at the end of each month or shorter periods as applicable - this is due to the unpredictable pricing of electricity and gas at present. The rooms overlook the private garden; each has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, but could be let unfurnished if required. Two friendly cats stay here, so showing them respect and kindness is essential. Fellow vegetarians/vegans especially welcome as ideally we could share occasional meals together. I speak Gaelic and English, some French and German, but **good communication** whatever the language is an absolute must.

£105/week/person; a deposit of £230 for stays longer than a week to secure your booking.
