I have one double and one king-size furnished room to rent in my 3-bed flat. My previous flatmate lived with me for over 3 years and recently moved out to take up a new job in Glasgow.
The rooms are both bright and airy, as is the rest of the flat and have blackout type blinds. The flat is close to the town centre, both train stations and Queen Margaret Hospital. There's also lots of parking just outside the flat.
All I'm really after is someone who'll respect the flat and clean up after themselves!
