Room To Let Central Dunfermline

Room in modern 2 bed flat to let central dunfermline.
2 minute walk from pubs etc
5 min walk to bus station and local Tesco supermarket.
20 min walk to train station.

I’m looking for someone to let my spare room from beginning October/ end of September time.

£400 pcm all bills - wifi, films, Netflix etc included. £200 deposit for damages etc.

I’m clean and tidy and expect someone to be the same within the flat :)

I work a lot so often out on sleepovers or with friends however when not working I enjoy drinks out or occasionally in the flat, watching films, cooking, reading, and the gym.

Any age considered, male or female no issue however someone with similar interests would be great !

Room is small but fits double bed and has built in single wardrobe, with room for more storage table etc.. It is a modern flat and easy to keep clean. More pictures to follow soon :)
