A large, bright bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom is available in our well-kept 4-bedroom house, located in a quiet area of north west Dunfermline. The house benefits from a generous back garden and comfortable shared living spaces.

Transport links are convenient, with a local bus stop nearby. Dunfermline town centre is around a 35-minute walk or a short taxi ride (approximately £7).

There’s also a popular local gastro pub just a 10-minute walk away.

The room is ideal for someone looking for a relaxed, respectful home. There is also an additional spare room that can be used occasionally for guests.

You would be sharing the house with a married couple and our friendly Staffy dog, who is very well behaved and usually sleeps in the hallway or our room. We speak both English and Spanish.
We keep a clean, tidy house and are looking for someone who will do the same and respect shared spaces.
