This room is for short term rent as the house will be going on the market soon.

Approx. 10mins walk to Dunfermline City centre.

If you need public transport its all nearby with the choice of two train stations, bus station. Central to Rosyth, Edinburgh Glasgow.

Got you own transport, you're near all the motor ways.

The freshly decorated double room which is upstairs, comes fully furnished with plenty of storage. A very comfortable bed with a silent night mattress and 4 storage drawers.

Double free standing wardrobe.
Two bed side cabinets with bedside lamps.
Dressing table /desk with mirror and drawers.
A good sized cupboard with more storage.

The bathroom is on the ground floor with an over the bath shower. (It’s a really good shower) .

if you require it, you would have full access to the kitchen
to cook, use of the washing machine ect share the fridge /freezer and anything you need in the kitchen.

The house is situated on Bellyeoman Road, which is a lovely part of the city.

Rent is a month’s rent in advance

£600 plus

£200 deposit

Total to pay to secure the room is £800 in advance,

Then £600 PCM there after.

All bills are included in your rent.

You must be Clean and tidy with a respectful attitude towards my home. and lifestyle..
I m a very easy going lady and live by the mantra treat others how you like to be treated. 😀

Over all it’s a quiet house with a lovely homely feeling to it. It’s no shoes home too with very light carpets, so if that bothers you, please don’t apply 🙌
