Spare room - location perfect for commuters!

Hi

I’m a professional working in Edinburgh and have a spare room to rent out. I have a little ginger boy cat just so everyone is aware and likes cats! He’s very sociable and friendly and loves attention!

I work 5 days a week in Edinburgh and I’m normally not home until around 7pm, unless I’m at a gym class then I’ll be home later on in the evening.

My preferred tenant would be female! As long as you like being in a clean and tidy environment :) if possible, I would like to meet either in person or on video call before making a decision just so we both know we’re a good match to live together with! I would like to be friends and watch shows/cook together sometimes too!

For commuters - the flat is directly opposite the bus stop and the bus goes straight to Edinburgh city centre and Bristo Square. There parking available outside and train station nearby too. My flat is a quiet residential neighbourhood and I’ve never had any trouble from neighbours regarding noise. There’s a communal garden and benches outside which is lovely to use especially for sunny days over summer!

NB I don’t have a bed yet for the second room but I will buy a new one if you don’t have one to move over.

All bills are included in the price as well!
