I have a lovely and bright unfurnished double room available to rent in the popular Duloch area of Dunfermline. The flat is a two bedroom top floor flat, with a lot of storage and access to the loft. Bedroom has a built in wardrobe.
The flat is very modern, consisting of a Juliet balcony and utility room. You would also have access to your own bathroom. I am looking to get a shower head fitted to this before you were to move in.

The flat also has allocated parking spaces. The kitchen and living room would be shared.

All bills are included. May increase throughout winter depending on usage.

I am a professional who works Mon-Fri 9-5 in Edinburgh. Two of those days I typically work from home.

The property would suit a working professional who would keep the flat tidy, enjoys socialising but also respects others space. You would be welcome to make your room homely.

The bus stop in a 2 minute walk from the property and the train station within a 5 minute driving distance, both providing regular services to the central belt. The area benefits from a full range of shops, social and leisure facilities.
