We are looking for a new resident to share our home at Craigencalt farm. The 200 year old house sits within 23 acres of land and looks over Kinghorn Loch. It’s an ideal setting for someone who enjoys a peaceful, rural lifestyle but with easy access to Edinburgh.

The house comprises of:

• kitchen/ dining area and comfortable sitting room

• Additional study/reading room

• Upstairs bathroom plus refurbished shower room with extra toilet downstairs

• Private garden with loch views and orchard

Currently the house comprises of
2 men and 3 women. We are looking for a calm, respectful individual to take the room. Experience with shared living and sustainable practices is favoured.
