Large Bed Sitting Room

A comfortable and spacious first-floor flat (council tax band B) overlooking Kirkcaldy High Street. All local shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs are on the doorstep.

A short walk to the esplanade, beach, and plentiful grassy areas. Victoria Hospital is a 15-minute walk.

Some free parking is available at the rear of the building but it's first come, first served.

Dog lovers are welcome. If you do not like dogs please do not apply.

The bed sitting room is at the front of the building on the mostly quiet after 5pm High Street. The room is neutrally decorated and has generous wardrobe and drawer space.

I'm looking for a quiet, clean and tidy flatmate or couple. Shared responsibility for cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming.

You and one other - if you have one - will have ample space in the bed sitting room to stretch out on the bed or the oversized sofa and chair. The monthly rent is £700 for a couple with all bills included.

The let is on a monthly basis, as I am waiting for planning permission for renovations. One month notice will be given when the work is scheduled.
