Open to everyone, however given the size of this accommodation it would particularly suit NHS or other professionals either working away from home or on a short / medium term basis.

There is no deposit in the typical sense, however the expectation is that the tenant pays their last 4 weeks at the start of the tenancy and then pays week to week thereafter.
