Gorgous Double Room - Newport On Tay

This gorgeous 1st Floor flat situated on east Newport on Tay with amazing views of the Tay and Dundee, all new amenities fitted including new Kitchen, living room and bathroom (bathroom still needs finished currently but is all functional and should be done by move in date)

There are lots of transport links to Dundee via bus or cycling over the bridge into the centre only takes 10 minutes on a slow day. Dundee well connected to the rest of Scotland by rail etc.

Double room available to rent has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk built into the window as well as a bouncy ikea seat. There are a couple of plants living in the room too as you'll see in the pictures, feel free to let them stay or I can find space for them around the flat! Feel free to use the set of bedding already fitted for duration of your stay although you may want to bring/ buy spare.

The kitchen is 50/50 split with a good size fridge and cupboards. Would be looking to split cost via a kitty on washing liquid, dishwasher tabs and washing machine caps to save space. Gas stove, 2 ovens, grill, microwave, kettle already supplied. Happy to share crockery and cutlery.

Bathroom contains, wall hung toilet, bath, shower sink and space for toiletries in cupboard and a towel rail.

Living room has 2/3 seater well built couch, extra seating, wooden weighted keyboard as well as tv and side units. Space for books on bookshelf, board games etc. Some stunning views of the river Tay can been seen from here.

Happy to have visitors stay for short periods i. e. weekends etc. May consider a couple. Happy to cook with and for flatmate sometimes as well as share social time and friend groups. Unfortunately not a party flat as have neighbours downstairs who are lovely.

Weekends I will be around less than 50% of the time as girlfriend lives in Edinburgh so you will have the place to yourself for lengths of time. I'll try to get some pictures up by the weekend but feel free to contact if you would like a chat or a viewing.
