The bus stop is 3 minutes walk and there are regular services. At the end of the street is the coastal path and there is a local shop, post office, pubs, restaurant/cafes, bakery, working harbour, etc.

Some extra storage is available in the shed and the house has all the expected amenities - washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, etc. All bills and council tax are included, there is no smoking indoors and pets are negotiable.
