Cozy room in Rosyth

Hello everyone! My name is Maria, and I have a lovely room available for rent in Rosyth. Currently, only one other person is living in the flat, and due to my work commitments, we will likely not see each other often.

The room will be available from July 20th until September 6th. It is spacious, with plenty of storage, a full-length mirror, a double bed, and a large wardrobe. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared spaces. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, air fryer, microwave, and fridge/freezer, making it perfect for cooking as much as you want.

The bathroom includes a bathtub and extra storage for your belongings. The dining area/living room has a comfortable sofa, a desk, a dining table, and a small balcony where you can enjoy the sun. There is also a dryer available for washing and quickly drying your clothes.

I am looking for one flatmate, preferably a woman, who is organised, clean, and respectful of shared living spaces. The rent is £150 per week, which includes all bills and Wi-Fi. If you have a car, there is free parking available outside. If you do not have a car, there is a bus stop just 2 minutes from the flat with convenient connections to Edinburgh and Dunfermline.
