You will have your own twin bedroom - (available now)

Shower/toilet to share downstairs.
Use of the kitchen and living room area and of course garden. Driveway is large enough to fit a few cars.

All utility bills are included in rent, (council tax not included).
The only rules are you clean up after yourself in your bathroom and the kitchen.
Cleaning duties of living room and garden are shared.

My student daughter currently lives in the property upstairs and a post-graduate student lives downstairs. We have 1 cat so you must like animals.

10 min walk to centre of town and 5 min walk to the West Sands beach.
