You will be living with a friendly, tidy and clean 3rd-year PhD student in Neuroscience.
You will have access to the shared spaces of the house (living room, kitchen). The house has two bathrooms and you will use your own private one with electric shower (shown in the picture). A desk, an extra chest of drawer and a clothes rail can be provided.
Attached to the room there is a specular room that can be used as a study room.
Bills (broadband + utilities) are roughly £50 pcm.
The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood 5-minute walk from the town centre.
