Looking for a Roommate!

Hey everyone!

I’ll have a room available starting July 1st, 2026 as my current roommate will be graduating.

Location:
The flat is located at Claybraes, St. Andrews, KY16 8RS—just 3 minutes' walk to M&S and about 10 minutes to the town center.

About the flat & the room:
• 2-bedroom flat, shared with me (I’m a 3rd-year PhD student in Chemistry)
• 1 bathroom, living room, conservatory, kitchen, private parking space and shed
• Fully furnished with white goods, including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, etc.
• The kitchen is fully loaded with utensils
• The available room is furnished with a single bed, desk, and closet (see attached picture)
• Rent: £562.50 per month + utility bill (gas, electricity, internet) around £100/month during winter but varies with the season
***Please note that if you are liable for paying council tax, you are responsible for paying it.***

About me & the living environment:
• I’m looking for a male postgraduate who is clean, respectful, and responsible
• I’m generally quiet but enjoy socializing on occasion, so I’m hoping to keep the flat peaceful
• It’s a calm and relaxed space, and I’d love to find someone who will contribute to that atmosphere
