Spacious fully furnished bedroom with double bed and large windows.

Room available in a 5 person house of postgraduate students - 3M & 1F. I am vacating my large ground floor room for the summer. You would have full access to communal areas. Jen, Moritz, Laurence and Ciaran will be your housemates - all are friendly and up for a chat and the occasional drink, but we tend to live our separate lives.

We are just by Marks and Spencers and opposite Aldi. A 5 minute walk to the Botanic Gardens, a 10 minute walk to the bus station and a 15 minute walk to the beach, the old course, or into town.

With a big garden, large communal areas and at a reasonable price, this place is perfect for any student needing accommodation over the summer. We will also take applications from non-students and from couples.

Main downside of the room is that noise travels from the rest of the house, so would not suit particularly light sleepers.

As well as the bedroom, the house includes:
