A well-furnished double room in a large, attractive house with spacious garden is available. The room has a bed, desk, cupboard, dresser, sofa and a bookcase. The female house owner as well as one other family member and one other lodger live in the house. The lodgers have their own well-equipped kitchen and use of the dining room and garden. The bathroom would be shared with the other lodger and is located on the landing between the two lodgers’ rooms. Off-street parking is available.
Utilities are included in the rent (£460 per month). The house is 3 miles from St. Andrews centre and is on a frequent bus route (for both St. Andrews and Dundee). It is also possible to cycle to St. Andrews. The house is tidy and welcoming. The owner has a friendly West Highland Terrier dog. The owner is a full-time mature student. The other female lodger is a PhD student.
